01Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of ArrissaCapital at arrissacapital.com and our software. By creating an account, connecting a broker account, or buying a slot, you accept these terms.

We may update these terms. We will post changes on the site and email you for material changes. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or over and must not use the service if it would be unlawful where you live. One person, one account. Do not share your login. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Do not use the service if it is illegal where you live.
• One account per person.
• Keep your email and password secure. Do not share them.

03Nature of the service

Arrissa Capital licenses software that places automated orders in your own MetaTrader 5 trading account at a supported broker. We are not a broker, not a portfolio manager, and not a financial adviser. We are not a licensed financial services provider and we give no financial advice.

We never hold, receive or control client funds and we do not have withdrawal rights over your broker account.

Our strategy opens and closes positions. When that happens, the same trade intent is sent to each connected client account. Position size is calculated from your account balance at the time of order and from the risk level you chose. It is never a fixed lot size.

You can see each trade placed on your account and why a trade was taken or skipped. You can pause automated trading or disconnect at any time. Pausing stops new trades. It does not close open positions.

04Connection to your broker account

To place orders, you must hold a live MT5 account at Exness or FxPro that is registered under our introducing broker partnership at that broker. We verify this before a connection is accepted.

You must supply your broker account number, trading server and broker password. We store the broker password encrypted so the system can place orders. We delete the password as soon as you remove the trading account from your ArrissaCapital profile.

By connecting, you authorise us to place, modify and close orders on your account through the broker platform. Your broker may reject or delay orders. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of your broker or the trading platform.

We do not and cannot move money in or out of your broker account.

05Automated trading, risk settings and control

You choose a risk level, low, medium or high. Position size is set from your own balance and the chosen risk level at the moment the order is sent. Results can differ between clients based on balance, equity, execution, slippage and broker conditions.

If your balance or free margin is low, a normal market move can lead to a margin close out before the strategy stop is reached. We discourage balances below USD 500 because margin may be too tight.

You can pause automated trading or disconnect at any time from your account page. Pausing stops new trades. It does not close open positions.

We may skip or size down a trade on your account if your balance or broker conditions do not allow it. The interface shows why a trade was taken or skipped.

06Your responsibilities

You must ensure you have the right to give us your broker password and to let automated software place orders in your account. Keep your login details secure and update them when changed at the broker.

You are responsible for funding, margin, leverage, and any settings in your broker account. Monitor your open positions and equity. You trade at your own risk with your own money.

You remain responsible for your own tax position and for following the law that applies to you.

• Keep the trading server and account number correct.
• Maintain sufficient free margin for the strategy to work.
• Review trades and statements from your broker.

07Registration, referrals and security

Sign up requires a valid email address. We verify it using a six digit code sent to that email.

If you arrive by a referral link, we record that referrer as your sponsor.

One person may hold only one account. We may close duplicate or fake accounts.

Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

08Subscriptions, pricing and payment

Access is sold as slots. One slot is required for each connected trading account.

Terms are 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices start from USD 69 per month. Payment is charged in your local currency at the rate shown before payment. Payments settle in ZAR through Paystack.

Payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the term unless cancelled. We email you before expiry, at expiry and after expiry.

• When a slot expires, automated trading on the covered account stops.
• Open positions are not force closed by expiry.
• No performance fee. No commission on profits. No per trade charge. No spread markup.

09Renewal, cancellation and refunds

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Your slot stays active until the end of the paid term.

Fees already paid for a started term are not refundable, except where South African consumer law requires otherwise.

If payment fails at renewal and is not corrected, the slot will lapse and automated trading will stop for the linked account.

10Affiliate programme

Any registered client may act as an affiliate and share a referral link. Commission is paid on payments made by referred customers, four levels deep.

• Level 1 direct referrals pay 10 percent.
• Level 2 pays 5 percent.
• Level 3 pays 3 percent.
• Level 4 pays 1 percent.
• Commission is calculated whether or not you are subscribed, but it is withheld and not payable while your own subscription is inactive.
• Payouts are made to the bank account you register. Changing the bank account requires a verification code sent to your registered email.
• Self referral, fake accounts, spam, paid search on our brand name, and any misleading claim about returns are prohibited. These are grounds for forfeiting commission and closing the account.

11Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and for your own trading only. Do not copy, resell or provide access to others.

Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe or test the security of any system, or interfere with normal operation.

Do not distribute malware, scraping tools or automated bots that are not part of the provided features.

Follow the rules of your broker and the MetaTrader platform.

12Intellectual property

The ArrissaCapital name, website, software, algorithms, trade selection logic and all related content are our intellectual property.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable licence to access and use the service for your own accounts. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the service.

Trade history shown in your dashboard is a record of your own account activity. It does not give you any rights in our underlying strategy or software.

13No financial advice and high risk

We do not give investment, tax or other financial advice. We are not a licensed financial services provider. Nothing on the site or in the app is a recommendation to trade.

Trading CFDs and other leveraged products is high risk. Past performance is not a promise of future results. No guarantee of profit is given. You can lose all the money in your trading account.

Any numbers, charts or examples you see are illustrations only.

14Service availability and disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Trading depends on many third parties and systems that we do not control. Failures can happen, including technical faults, connectivity loss, broker outage, platform downtime, latency, slippage, rejected orders and price gapping.

We are not responsible for loss caused by the acts or omissions of your broker, the MetaTrader platform, your device, your internet provider or any event outside our reasonable control.

15Liability and indemnity

To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data. Our total liability for all claims in any 12 month period will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the service in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, costs or losses that arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of law or of your broker terms.

16Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access with notice where possible if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if your subscription lapses, if your broker account is not under our introducing broker partnership, or if we are required to do so by law or by a regulator.

On termination or expiry, automated trading stops for the affected accounts. Open positions in your broker account are not closed by us.

17Changes, governing law and dispute resolution

We may change or withdraw features and we may update these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute arises, please contact us first to try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it, the dispute will be heard in the courts of South Africa.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest will continue to apply.
