ArrissaCapital risk disclosure
Trading is risky. This statement explains the main risks of using ArrissaCapital and automated trading on your own MT5 account.
Last updated Sep 6, 2026
01Purpose of this statement
This document highlights the key risks of using ArrissaCapital. It is not a complete list. You should be sure you understand how the service works and whether it is suitable for you before you use it.
You trade at your own risk with your own money in your own broker account.
02No financial advice or brokerage
Arrissa Capital is not a broker, not a portfolio manager and not a financial adviser. We are not a licensed financial services provider. We give no financial advice and we do not execute trades as a broker.
Our software places orders on your own MT5 account at a supported broker after you authorise access by providing your broker credentials.
03Leverage and market risk
Contracts for difference and similar products are leveraged. Small market moves can have a large effect on your equity.
You can lose all the money in your account. Losses can exceed expectations.
04Automated trading risk
Automated trading adds risks of its own. The strategy can lose money and may do so for extended periods.
There can be technical failures, software bugs, connectivity loss, server or platform downtime and delays. Orders may be sent late or not at all.
05Broker and execution risk
Your broker controls pricing, execution and margin. Orders can be rejected, partially filled, slipped or closed by the broker.
Gaps can occur when price jumps between levels with no trading, which can cause stop losses to be filled at worse prices than expected.
06Strategy and performance uncertainty
Past performance is not a promise of future results. Any number or chart you see is for illustration only.
Trades and results can differ across accounts because sizing depends on your balance and because execution varies by time, liquidity and broker conditions. No profit is guaranteed.
07Account configuration, margin and control
Position size is calculated from your balance and your chosen risk level. If your margin is tight, ordinary price moves can cause a margin close out before a strategy stop is reached.
We discourage balances below USD 500 because margin may be too tight. This is not advice. It is a practical warning about how close positions may sit to margin.
You can pause automated trading or disconnect any time. Pausing stops new trades. It does not close open positions.
08Operational and third party risk
We rely on third parties, including your broker, MetaTrader, hosting providers, email services and Paystack. Any of them can fail or be unavailable.
Cyber attacks, data breaches, power failures and natural disasters can disrupt the service or your ability to monitor and manage trades.
09Your responsibilities
Use only supported brokers and ensure your account is registered under our introducing broker partnership. Keep your broker credentials secure and correct.
Maintain sufficient free margin, monitor your open positions and equity, and review statements from your broker.
You are responsible for your own tax position and for complying with laws that apply to you.
